Right click on it and select uninstall.Follow the steps from Uninstalling the Paradox Launcher without step 9, 10 and 11.Launch the game, it should be installing the paradox launcher again.Go to the Local folder and locate the Paradox Interactive folder there and DELETE it.In your windows explorer Select the Appdata folder(you were in the roaming folder until now).If you have any of those folders DELETE them.In the roaming folder try to find folders with the names Paradox Interactive and Paradox Launcher v2 or something similar.Go to the Windows search and type %appdata% and click enter.Find the program called Paradox Launcher v2 and uninstall it.If you are on windows 10/11 a window called Add or remove programs should appear, click on it.If you are not on Windows then go to your Control panel and then Uninstall programs.
